I’m Sharon Sirige, a Certified ESDM Therapist and ESDM Parent Coach, and a dedicated mother of two boys. Possessing a natural ability to connect with children and an unwavering dedication to assisting parents in their children’s developmental journey, I contribute a wealth of expertise to our ESDM Program.
As a nurturing mother, I understand the importance of fostering genuine connections with children. Beyond my personal experiences, my professional commitment extends to mentoring and training fellow therapists. My goal is to amplify the positive impact of ESDM therapy through knowledge-sharing and expertise.
I emphasize inclusivity, recognizing the pivotal role parents play in their child’s development. My approach involves fostering a collaborative relationship where parents actively participate in understanding and supporting their children’s journey towards realizing their full potential. Understanding the significance of parent involvement, I provide coaching and guidance not only in ESDM therapy but also in empowering parents to become active participants in their child’s progress. Proficient in English, and Mandarin, I ensure effective communication, reaching out to a diverse range of families.
My passion lies in collaborating closely with parents, acknowledging their vital role in their child’s growth. Through this partnership, I strive to tailor interventions and strategies that resonate with each child’s unique needs, ensuring a holistic approach to their development.

Travis has completed advanced training in ESDM, holds specialized expertise in assisting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. His empathetic approach is tailored to empower children to achieve their goals and foster meaningful connections. Alongside his therapeutic proficiency, Travis has completed training in community sports coaching and delights in incorporating his passion for music to enhance session engagement.
Coming from a town in regional victoria, Travis understands the importance of community. He has much experience supporting families and neurodivergent children as a disability support worker and tutor. As such, he is passionate about collaborating with parents and community members to tailor intervention to each child’s needs.
Travis is also actively engaged in psychological studies in a Psychology honours program at the Australian Catholic University. He is especially interested and has been involved in research focusing on motivation and self-determination theory.
Outside work hours he enjoys getting out in nature, bike riding, and playing the drums. He is an avid reader and loves to learn.
Zimo is currently pursuing a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University, driven by a deep passion for supporting children with autism and their families. Her journey into the field of early intervention began and inspired by personal experiences within her family, which solidified her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of neurodivergent children and family.
She has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at hospital, home and other community settings. She brings a friendly and warm personality to her work, creating an environment where children feel comfortable and supported, every step of progress that the children made are continuously inspires her and her dedication to work in early intervention field. Zimo fluent in both English and Mandarin, and she committed to bridging cultural and language gaps to provide inclusive and effective support for diverse families.
Outside of work, Zimo has a wide range of hobbies. She is a photography enthusiast and enjoy capturing the beautiful moments of life with her camera. She also loves reading, watching table tennis matches, and practicing Pilates.
Yibing holds a strong academic foundation in psychology, she has completed undergraduate degree in psychology and a postgraduate degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. Her knowledge provided with in-depth knowledge across key areas of psychology, including abnormal, social, developmental, and cognitive psychology, with a particular focus on behaviour analysis and intervention. She has gained valuable hands-on experience through the internship at a rehabilitation centre for the neurodivergent individuals, where she conducted behavioural interventions for children and assisted therapists in creating psychological group counselling programs. She also worked closely with young children and their families, which has highlighted her passion for supporting children with different needs and strength. Yibing has been working on her expertise by obtaining Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis certification, with the goal of making a meaningful impact in the field of behaviour analysis and intervention.
Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys playing the guzheng and dancing, activities that reflect her appreciation for both discipline and creativity.
