Sharon is a Certified ESDM Therapist, ESDM Parent Coach, and Registered Developmental Educator. She is also a dedicated mother of two boys. Possessing a natural ability to connect with children and an unwavering commitment to supporting parents on their developmental journey, Sharon brings a wealth of expertise to our evidence-based early intervention program. She is currently working towards pursuing registration as a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner. Sharon also has years of experience supporting children in their transition to school and actively collaborates with educators and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, individualised support around each child.

As a nurturing mother, Sharon understands the importance of fostering genuine, responsive relationships with children. Beyond her personal experiences, her professional dedication extends to mentoring and training fellow therapists, with the goal of amplifying the positive impact of early intervention through knowledge-sharing and clinical excellence.

Sharon places strong emphasis on inclusivity and recognises the pivotal role parents play in their child’s development. Her approach centres on building collaborative relationships in which parents are actively engaged in understanding, supporting, and celebrating their child’s progress. Recognising the significance of parent involvement, she provides coaching and guidance not only in therapy session but also in empowering parents to become confident, active partners in their child’s growth. Proficient in English and Mandarin, she communicates effectively with a diverse range of families.

Pree is a compassionate psychologist dedicated to empowering individuals with diverse neurocognitive profiles. Her practice is rooted in a neuro-affirming paradigm, cultivating spaces where clients feel understood, valued, and supported. By celebrating unique ways of thinking and learning, Pree shifts the focus from perceived differences to inherent strengths, offering individualised support for children, adolescents, and adults navigating neurodivergence and trauma. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices, thoughtfully adapted to neurodivergent experiences. Beyond traditional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Pree utilises Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help individuals build psychological flexibility and commit to values-driven actions, especially in a neurotypical-centric world. Her therapeutic approach is adapted for neurodivergence, focusing on emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness with modifications for communication styles and sensory needs. Recognising the higher prevalence of trauma in neurodivergent populations, Pree applies Trauma-Informed Care, creating safe and predictable therapeutic environments. She incorporates Interoception-Based Practices to help individuals understand their internal bodily signals and offers Neurodiversity-Affirming Social Communication/Interaction Support to foster authentic connections. Additionally, Pree provides practical strategies for organisation, planning, and time management that respect individual processing styles.

Pree empowers individuals to build confidence, skills, and positive mindsets, fostering self-determination and authentic self-expression. To holistically understand client needs, Pree integrates comprehensive assessments, including evaluations for autism, ADHD, cognitive profiles, functional capacities, and behavioural patterns. These assessments collaboratively inform personalised intervention plans that amplify strengths and cultivate resilience. Pree emphasises collaboration, working closely with clients and their families to co-create supportive environments that foster growth. By equipping parents with neuro-affirming knowledge and tools, she empowers them to understand and excel their child’s unique needs. This collaborative partnership leads to enhanced outcomes and a deeper sense of well-being. Ultimately, Pree’s work is driven by a profound belief in the inherent potential of all individuals, reflecting a commitment to empowering clients to live fulfilling, authentic lives.

Jody

Senior Speech Pathologist

Jody is passionate about working with families and their children, and uses a family centred approach to achieve the best outcome for each child’s learning potential and speech and language development. For over 30 years Jody has worked as a speech pathologist in a variety of community-based settings, including schools, community health clinics and hospitals, and coordinated an Early Childhood Intervention Service (ECIS) which operated within a kindergarten. She enjoyed working collaboratively with professional and community service providers and developing relationships and supporting a full range of services, clients and families. Jody has also run community groups which promote language development, such as the ‘Parent-Child Mothergoose Program’. More recently Jody has been working in schools and private practice, working with NDIS funded clients and their families. Jody has extensive experience in working with children with a broad range of communication and learning difficulties, including children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delay.

Jody is committed to her ongoing professional development and continues to attend training in a variety of subjects relating to speech pathology and child development. She has completed training and learning about Autism Spectrum Disorder, the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and other Augmentative and Alternative Communication systems (AAC) and is certified in the Hanen program It Takes Two To Talk, and Theraplay. Jody is also familiar with, and utilizes a variety of therapy programs such as ‘Social Thinking’. Jody has been a clinical educator for 4th year Speech Pathology students from La Trobe University.

Lily is a certified parenting and well-being practitioner passionate about supporting families get connected, supported, and included. Lily has worked for more than 20 years across education, child protection, and family and parenting services. She specialised in attachment, parent–child relationships, emotional development, and culturally inclusive practice. Her approach is deeply child-centred, evidence-informed, and trauma-informed. Families described her support as warm, practical, and easy to connect with. Her focus is on creating a safe, respectful space where parents feel supported, confident, and empowered to understand their children and themselves.

As a bilingual practitioner fluent in Mandarin and English, she supports families, especially those from diverse cultural backgrounds, by helping bridge gaps between parents and the essential services and systems they need. Shed strengthens family engagement, navigates systemic challenges, and builds trust to foster smoother collaboration, ensuring children can access the support they need to thrive. Central to her work is the understanding that children flourish when their parents feel connected, informed, and supported.

Ginnie

Ginnie is a Provisional Psychologist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges and achieve positive change. Ginnie takes a compassionate, respectful approach with a focus on building a safe and supportive emotional grounded space.

She has extensive experience working with children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and learning difficulties. She also provides cognitive and psychological assessments to better understand individual needs and guide intervention planning. In addition, she works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional regulation difficulties.

Ginnie utilises evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema-informed interventions. With children, she adopts a strength-based approach, focusing on individuals’ unique abilities and potential, while working collaboratively with parents, families, and educators to create nurturing environments for growth.

Anita

Anita is a dedicated Senior Early Intervention Therapist  with over three years of experience supporting young children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD and learning difficulties across clinical, school and community settings. She is passionate about early childhood intervention and committed to helping every child reach their full potential through respectful, evidence-based and family-centred practice.

Anita holds a Master of Learning Intervention, a Master of TESOL, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Melbourne. She has a strong foundation in special education and Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) principles. She is now working towards ESDM certification and pursuing registration as a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner. She adopts a neurodiversity-affirming approach and works closely with families and professionals to deliver individualised, consistent support. Anita is fluent in both English and Mandarin. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, caring for animals, and spending time with her two beloved cats.

Anna

ESDM Therapist

Anna is a dedicated team member with a heartfelt commitment to supporting children and families, particularly those navigating autism. 

With two years of experience delivering ESDM therapy supervised under certified therapists, Anna fosters a compassionate approach to therapy, emphasising in neuroaffirming practices that celebrate each child’s unique strengths. Her background includes over 5 years of teaching violin of all ages from as early as 3 years old,
fostering a love for music while teaching fundamental skills. She values collaboration with families, striving to create a supportive environment where collective goals for each child are achieved. 

As a practising ESDM therapist, Anna prioritises building trusting relationships with clients and parents, ensuring a welcoming and safe space for growth. She has successfully organised group classes and solo concerts, showcasing her students’ talents and dedication. Anna holds a double degree in Bachelor of Science/Arts from Monash University and continues her educational journey. In her spare time, she enjoys live music, travelling, social sports, and running.

Jacob

Jacob is a dedicated therapist with a specialisation in educational support, focusing on the unique needs of neurodivergent children and teenagers. 

With over two years of experience, Jacob has worked in a variety of settings, ranging from schools to private practice, where he
engages in both group activities and personalised 1-on-1 sessions. His primary goal is to enhance independence, communication, and social skills, especially with children who may face challenges in these areas.

Jacob’s experience spans across working with children from
preschool age to adolescents. His approach is always individualised, ensuring that each child’s specific strengths and needs are addressed. Jacob is known for his compassionate and patient demeanour, which enables him to build strong, trusting relationships with the children and
families he supports. He believes that every child deserves to lead a fulfilling life, and his interventions are geared towards fostering long-term development and well-being.

Outside of his professional life, Jacob has a diverse range of interests. He is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying everything from team sports to solo activities that keep him active. In quieter moments, Jacob loves to immerse himself in books, broadening his knowledge and perspective, and he is always eager to explore new places through travel, finding inspiration in different cultures and environments.

Zimo

Zimo has completed her Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University and has become a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA). She is driven by a deep passion for supporting children with autism and their families. Her journey into the field of early intervention was inspired by personal experiences within her own family, which solidified her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of neurodivergent children and their caregivers.

Zimo has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across various settings, including hospitals, homes,schools and community environments. She brings a friendly and warm personality to her work, creating an environment where children feel comfortable and supported. Each step of progress made by the children she supports continues to inspire her and strengthens her dedication to the field of early intervention.

Zimo is fluent in both English and Mandarin, she is committed to bridging cultural and linguistic gaps to provide inclusive and effective support to diverse families.

Outside of work, Zimo has a wide range of hobbies. She is a photography enthusiast who enjoys capturing life’s beautiful moments with her camera. She also loves reading, watching table tennis matches, and practicing Pilates, which help her maintain a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle.

Yibing

Certified Behaviour Analyst

Yibing holds a strong academic foundation in psychology, she has completed undergraduate degree in psychology and a postgraduate degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. 

Yibing has in-depth knowledge across key areas of psychology, including abnormal, social, developmental, and cognitive psychology, with a particular focus on behaviour analysis and intervention. She has gained valuable hands-on experience through the internship at a rehabilitation centre for the neurodivergent individuals, where she conducted behavioural interventions for children and assisted therapists in creating psychological group counselling programs. She also worked closely with young children and their families, which has highlighted her passion for supporting children with different needs and strength. 

Yibing has been working on her expertise by obtaining Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis certification, with the goal of making a meaningful impact in the field of behaviour analysis and intervention.

Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys playing the guzheng and dancing, activities that reflect her appreciation for both discipline and creativity.

Evelyn

Evelyn is a dedicated therapist and BCBA candidate specialising in early intervention for children with autism and developmental delays. She has experience providing behaviour support across home, school, and community settings, focusing on strengthening communication, social skills, and independence. She is also actively pursuing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to further enhance her practice in delivering person-centred and values-aligned support.

Evelyn is known for her calm, patient, and engaging approach, tailoring each session to each child’s individual strengths and needs. She values strong collaboration with families and is committed to delivering neuroaffirming, evidence-based support. Her background in music, including teaching guzheng to children with additional needs, enriches her practice by fostering creativity and meaningful engagement in learning.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Evelyn strives to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps for diverse families. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, Pilates, badminton, and exploring traditional music through the guzheng.

Rachel

Early Intervention Therapist

Rachel is an experienced, evidence-based, focused practitioner specialising in early intervention and inclusive education. She is an  Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapist and a bilingual secondary teacher registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT). Rachel holds a Master of Intervention from the University of Melbourne and brings 10 years of classroom teaching experience, along with three years of working directly in inclusive education settings.

Rachel combines her clinical training and classroom experience to design practical, developmentally appropriate strategies for children with diverse learning needs. She is skilled in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring that each child’s strengths and goals are clearly identified and supported across home and school environments. Her bilingual background enables her to communicate effectively with families from diverse cultural and linguistic contexts, fostering strong partnerships between parents, teachers, and support professionals. Rachel is committed to building children’s capacity, strengthening family confidence, and supporting educators to create inclusive, effective learning environments.
